Target Deals 53 Items $1.00 or Under! 8 are FREE! This amazing website, Couponing to Disney , has done a LOT of work to bring you an amazing list of all things free or very very cheap from Target. It's pretty extensive and most of the deals require coupons from the paper (you'll know it's a coupon from the paper if it says SS, smart source, or RP, red plum, etc. and the date of the paper it came from next to it), and some of them are internet printables. But I can promise, you won't want to miss these deals! She checks them herself every 2 weeks to verify that the deal is still active (the list was last updated 2/7/10).
